August 16, 2002: The Film Festival is tomorrow!!!! My search for a DVD player turned into a Kobayashi Maru, so all films will be shown on VHS. Also, the intermission film has changed: it will now be the Orlando Guardians vs. FDNY Bravest football game from April 20, 2002, with play-by-play commentary by Jordan Raddick.
August 16, 2002: Danny Brown will be attending the film festival. Scharome Deaton (nee Wolfe) will be present in spirit.
August 11, 2002: Jessica and Christina Harris will be coming to the Film Festival. Do not flirt with them.
August 10, 2002: Anna Widmer and Lisa Gray will be coming to the Film Festival.
August 9, 2002: The location of the Film Festival has been disclosed! JRFF II will take place at 10513 Demilo Place, #301. See the Directions page to find out how to get there.

July 24, 2002: Joseph Gallows will be attending the JRFF II. Joseph, I don't think I've met you yet, so I'm looking forward to meeting you. Since I don't know what you look like, I had trouble finding a good photo of you. I have you as Claude Rains from The Invisible Man. I don't mean this to imply that you are a psychopath.
Tim Christopher and Mery Bradshaw will be attending the Film Festival. They have been immortalized on the Celebrities page. Eric Wiener will be present in spirit.

July 20, 2002: Jenny Henson will be coming from North Carolina to the Film Festival! Hooray! Also, she's bringing a friend from graduate school, Katie McKinnon. Hooray! Gretchen Shaughnessy and Barbara Zea will be attending the Festival in spirit.
July 18, 2002: The Film Festival is moving! My search for roommates turned into a Kobayashi Maru, so I'll be moving to a less-expensive, but hopefully still wonderful, apartment. The Film Festival will likely be held there. Of course, I have no idea where this apartment will be.
As soon as I know where the Film Festival is to be held, I will post the information here. Until then, I will remain mysterious, saying only that the event will be held at an "undisclosed location."

MIKE RUNNELS IS COMING TO THE FILM FESTIVAL!!!!! Mike has been living in Oklahoma, so I haven't seen him in about two years. And now HE'S COMING TO THE FILM FESTIVAL! YAY!
Chris Salter is also coming to the Film Festival. Jessica Kajfasz will be there in spirit; pronunce her last name correctly, win a prize!
July 10, 2002: Lauren Saks will be canoeing in Northern Maine on August 17th, but she'll be at the Film Festival in spirit. So will Kim Nies. Ashley Raddick and Kelly Dowling will be attending; they have been added to the Celebrities page.
July 9, 2002: "Little" Scott Blichfeldt has been added to the Celebrities page. Jonathan Jones puts his odds of attending the film festival at "roughly (((2*pi/3*e)*((tan (pi/3))^6))%." I'm not sure if that's even a number, but Jon assures me he'll be present in spirit regardless.

July 7, 2002: The first batch of glamorous celebrities is up. Brian Laufer was the first celebrity to RSVP. All hail Brian! JEN ATCHLEY (whom I have not seen in a year in a half, and many of you Edgewaterians haven't seen since graduation) is coming to the film festival! Even better, she's bringing her fiancee, Wade Vose!
