Moose's Comment: "This was the film that started moose and squirrel down the long road to marriage. Their first date was a wonderful evening in Baltimore's Little Italy, watching Moonstruck projected onto the side of a building. So, just as Moonstruck was the beginning of the Moose's love for the Squirrel, it is also the beginning of the JRM&SEFF."

Squirrel's Comment: "I remember really enjoying this movie. Looking back, however, I honestly can't say whether I enjoyed the movie strictly on its own merits, or because I watched said movie practically curled up with the Moose. (Why weren't we curled up, moose?) Final verdict: good movie, better with infusion of moose."

Trivia: The film was originally written with Sally Field in mind for the lead role, rather than Cher.
