Murray Abraham and Tom Hulce give stunning performances. I first saw this movie on television when I was in junior high, and I've been a big fan of it ever since. Definitely check it out. If nothing else, you know the soundtrack will be stellar."

Trivia: The concept for Mozart's annoying laugh was taken from references in letters written about him. One described his laugh as "an infectious giddy" while another described it as "like metal scraping glass".
