Jordan's Comment: "Be glad that I'm showing this at 4:00 PM, because it's one of the scariest horror movies ever made. John Carpenter's idea was to take the famous shower scene in Psycho and make it into a feature-length movie. The result has very little blood and gore, but a tremendous mood of terror."
Trivia: Half of the film's $300,000 budget was spent on Panavison cameras so the film could have a 2:35:1 aspect ratio.
